• Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in science and/or STEM disciplines;
  • Master’s degree in Computer science will be an advantage;
  • Portfolio of projects with demonstrated relevant documents will be an advantage.

  Minimum Experience

  5+ years of work experience in software development

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES 

Core skills:

• Technology Stack: С#, JS, PostgreSQL, Redis,;
• Ability to work with data (architecting and optimizing the schemes, mapping and cleaning the data)
• Good understanding of business requirements/use cases;
• Ability to evaluate development time based on use cases;
• API: REST, SOAP;
• Dev tools: Git, Docker;

The following knowledge will have an advantage:

• Hand-on experience with top popular languages and frameworks (Python, Go, Java, React)
• Experience in integration with Government systems (egov gateway);
• Making complex SQL queries;
• Understanding of development patterns (DDD, TDD, EDA);
• Experience with cloud environments AWS, Azure;
• Good understanding of DevOps practices.

General/soft skills:

• Oral, written, and interpersonal skills in both Russian and English language, ability to explain technical details
• Writing technical documentation
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capacity, critical thinking
• Strong time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in teams
