We at Mantheos are looking for a passionate Back End Developer who has a strong sense of curiosity, loves developing cutting-edge technologies and looks for a company with fast growth. 

Your job scope & responsibilities will be:

• Supporting and running own R&D projects that support commercial innovation
• Development of new data aggregation engines with unconventional and cutting-edge tech
• Building new internal tools that support innovation and R&D projects
• Take ownership for product and new features development
• Explore new technologies and bring in fresh ideas and implementation concepts
• Lead internal R&D team following projects with the expansion of the company

Skills & characteristics that we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of hands on work experience in back end software development
• Experience in data mining and managing high volume data pipelines is a plus
• Experience in Python, Django and RESTful APIs 
• Experience in Nodejs is a plus
• Experience with AWS and deployments is a plus
• Experience with Postgres and other relational databases
• Strong sense of curiosity and grit
• Drive for learning and continuous personal development
• Progressive and independent thinking
• Competent communication and English skills
• Attention to details
• Experience in leadership and team management is a plus
