Your Impact:

• Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate and regulatory matters globally, particularly in English.

• Independently draft and edit essential company documents such as contracts, consents, powers of attorney, and policies.

• Serve as a key point of contact when communicating with government authorities and AIFC bodies.

• Maintain and organize legal documents in the cloud storage system for easy access and reference.

• Manage legal matters related to intellectual property, trademarks, and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with various business units to provide efficient legal solutions to business challenges.

About You:

• Experience & Education: You have a law degree from a prestigious university (local or international) and ideally have prior experience in a law firm or the Big 4.

• Passion for Law: You’re genuinely passionate about law, evidenced by your active participation in moot courts, conferences, and legal clubs.

• Proactive & Results-Driven: You are proactive in problem-solving with a strong business-oriented mindset.

• Detail-Oriented: You excel at paying attention to detail and can synthesize complex information into clear solutions.

• Work Ethic: You are highly organized, meet deadlines consistently, and are familiar with the GTD approach.

• Language Skills: You are proficient in English (upper-intermediate level or higher) and can comfortably handle legal documentation in English.

• Location Flexibility: You are ready to work full-time at our office in Almaty.
