Responsibilities:

Directly oversee full pipeline of specific zypl product from development to deployment;
Manage teams of ML and full-stack engineers, designers and assistants in successfully executing software and B2C products;
Establish and execute a system for team communication, task management, and performance reviews;
Deploy agile methodologies to product development cycle;
Adopt design thinking to identify customer needs and quickly prototype product offerings;
Conduct research on latest market innovations and identify potential product opportunitie;
Liaise with clients to identify product gaps and lead post-analysis improvements.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in product management is a must;
Understanding of software development cycle is a must;
Sound technical understanding of AI including machine/deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing;
Ability to form a vision and lead a team;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Excellent knowledge of written and oral Russian and English;
Team player attitude and eagerness to constantly learn/seek feedback;
Ability to multi-task is a must.
