For 2 months, interns will work on real-world product challenges that will impact businesses and millions of users.

The Kolesa Academy is a paid internship from the Kolesa Group company with further employment. Recruitment for junior UXR researchers is underway now.

Applications are accepted until February 29, 2024.

UX researchers study the user's interaction with the product, the context and scenarios of using the product to make it better, easier, and more convenient.

The Kolesa Group has been developing its UX business since 2020. The development will go faster in a team of experienced specialists. Interns will be taught how to conduct a full cycle of product research — from teamwork to presentation of research results. 

Suitable for whom?

For professionals who want to:

- Start a career in IT;

- Get real experience with IT products;

- Become a part of the Kolesa Group team.

Internship conditions:

• 2 months of paid internship — 150,000 tenge per month on hand;

• Schedule 5/2, 9:00 — 18:00, office in Almaty;

• Interns from other cities will be paid for housing rent;

• Need your laptop for the internship period;

• The best will receive an offer and become part of the Kolesa Group team.
