Events in the field of information and communication technologies and/or other events not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be held at the Astana hub sites.

Applications of interested persons received by the responsible employee of the Event Office at least 5 (five) working days before the planned date of the Event are subject to consideration.

Notification of acceptance of the application for further consideration or the provision of a reasoned refusal to organize and conduct the Event must be sent to the Applicant within no more than 2 (two) working day from the date of receipt of the application.

After the announcement is posted on the Platform, the responsible employee of the Event Office checks the announcement for compliance with the information provided earlier, for the correctness of the date and time, for compliance with the quality and format of images (files), as well as for compliance of its text with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory documents applied Technopark in its activities.
