After registering an employment contract, an IT specialist needs to open a bank account with the following documents: original passport, IIN (individual identification number) registration certificate, phone number, original registered employment contract from enbek.kz.

Obtaining a temporary residence permit:
It is necessary to provide documents to the authorized specialist of Astana Hub in AEC in order to obtain a temporary residence permit for a foreign IT specialist:
1. Original registered employment contract from enbek.kz
2. Original passport of a foreign IT specialist
3. Certificate of IIN registration
4.Application form (petition)
5. Notification of the arrival of foreign citizens in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Registration of a legal entity
A foreign founder independently registers a legal entity through the e-government portal egov.kz
or through an AIFC EC employee

Registration and authorization on egov.kz through an electronic digital signature of an individual of a foreign founder
Applying for egov.kz
On egov.kz, apply for the service "State registration of legal entities, record registration of their branches and representative offices, taking into account the opening of a bank account and compulsory insurance of an employee against accidents related to performing professional duties in the workplace"

Obtaining a certificate of registration of a legal entity after processing an application on egov.kz
EDS for a legal entity
To obtain an electronic digital signature for a legal entity, a foreign founder submits an application to the authorized specialist of Astana Hub in AEC. After processing the application, the foreign founder uploads the digital signature to a USB flash drive.
Preparation of documents for legal entities
The foreign founder needs to prepare the constituent documents for the legal entity: the charter, the decision of the founder, the order on the appointment of the first head of the legal entity.

In second-tier banks, open a current account for a legal entity with documents: original passport, IIN registration certificate, constituent documents and phone number.
