Application Procedure 

Application submission

- Submit your application on the Astana Hub platform.

- The application is reviewed for compliance with requirements.

Application review

- If incomplete, the application is returned with comments to the specified email address.

- Resubmission is possible.

Application proccessing

- Compliant applications are sent to the partner.

- You will receive a link to the partner's website.

Access to the resource

- Register on the partner's website.

- Confirm your ID.

- A grant is credited and access to the service is opened.

Frequently asked questions

  • Who can access partner resources?

    Any participant in the Technopark and technopark business programs can gain access to partner resources. It is important to note that companies and startups that previously received access to partner services or are currently clients of these services cannot participate in the program.

  • How to apply?

    Click on the "Submit Application" button. Fill out the application form in any proposed language (English, Kazakh, Russian). To fill out, you will need to answer general questions about your company and attach a presentation about your project/company.

  • How long does it take for a moderator to review an application?

    The period for consideration of the application is no more than 5 working days.

  • How can I find out the status of my application?

    All messages and notifications regarding the application are sent through the Astana Hub portal to the applicant’s personal account. It is necessary to monitor messages in your personal account.

  • I received a positive response to my application. What are the next steps?

    After approval of the application for access to partner resources, check the email specified in the application. There you will find instructions for connecting the selected resources.

  • Can I extend the period of use of a partner resource?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the allocated period of use.

  • What are the requirements to gain access?

    Basic requirements for gaining access:
    - be a member of the Technopark or
    - be a participant or graduate of Technopark business programs
    - have corporate email with your company’s domain (indicated in the application)

    In addition to the requirements stated above, some partners have additional requirements regarding the number of investments attracted and the period of existence of the company/startup.

  • How to become a program partner?

    You can send your proposal to techcenters@astanahub.com, with the subject "Proposal for the Hub Perks program."

  • Is there a limit on the number of applications for partner resources?

    There is no specific limit on the number of applications submitted. However, before submitting an application, you should carefully read the partners’ offers and choose the most suitable ones.
