Problem description

Large companies and the public sector often use bulky systems (Bitrix24), which are difficult for ordinary employees "in the fields". This leads to data loss and poor performance discipline. There is a need for a "lightweight" interface (Telegram) that will mirror tasks from the main systems without the need for manual duplication.

Expected effect

Reducing the time required to transfer tasks by 40%, increasing the transparency of execution control, automating reporting, and eliminating the human factor when tasks are duplicated.

Purpose and description of task (project)

Creating a seamless data bridge between popular corporate trackers and the mAInd system. The goal is to automate the transfer of tasks from Bitrix24/Trello to mAInd, so that the performer receives a notification and works with the task through the familiar Telegram bot interface, and the completion status is automatically synchronized back to the main CRM. About the mAInd product: mAInd is an intelligent ecosystem for task management and performance discipline control developed by Adeptus. Unlike classic bulky systems, mAInd is focused on maximum mobility and speed: the main interface for interacting with the performer is implemented via a Telegram bot (@AdeptMaindBot). This allows employees in the public sector (Akimats) and large-scale production facilities (CHP, Tau Minerals) to receive tasks, attach photo/video reports and change statuses in real time, without being distracted by complex desktop interfaces. The system includes a web-based dashboard for in-depth management monitoring and a unique "daily" mechanic for automatically collecting statuses twice a day.
