Problem description

The Anonymous feature is automatically activated periodically on Grandstream phones. When the feature is enabled, phones are not properly registered/authorized to work in queues. The problem is observed on several devices and may be related to: • provisioning; • Configuration templates; • PBX settings; • Local phone settings; • automatic application of parameters after reboot.

Expected effect

• The Anonymous feature is disabled on all devices. • Automatic re-activation is excluded. • Phones log in correctly and work in queues.
