Jana Courier is a digital courier delivery platform where couriers accept groups of orders. Currently, the system distributes orders according to simplified rules (rule-based assignment), which leads to the following problems: regular delivery delays (late deliveries); overloading individual couriers; uneven loading across the fleet; lack of consideration of the priority of orders; inefficient use of resources. The existing logic does not take into account deadlines, priorities, current workload, and courier ratings in a comprehensive manner.
