A large amount of structured data is used in the operational processes of distribution centers and trucking companies: employee productivity indicators, operating standards, transport downtime, repairs, technical readiness, shifts, zones, routes, and other parameters. Analyzing this data requires significant labor, the participation of analysts, and manual preparation of reports. It is difficult for managers to quickly identify deviations, recurring problems, anomalies, inefficient areas, and causes of decreased productivity. The existing AI assistant pilot requires development, architectural study, preparation for the industrial contour and scaling to the target divisions of the company.

The implementation of the solution should increase the transparency of the operational indicators of RC and ATP, speed up data analysis and reduce the dependence of users on manual preparation of reports. Expected effects: increasing vehicle turnover; identification of excessive transport downtime; analysis of long-term and repeated repairs; improving the productivity of RC employees; fairer and more ambitious regulatory management; support shift managers in decision-making; acceleration of obtaining analytical conclusions through natural language queries; scaling of the pilot solution to the parent company, RC and ATP; preparation of the solution for pilot operation. An additional result of the project should be the preparation of the solution for industrial operation in the corporate circuit of the company in compliance with the requirements of information security, operation and maintenance, including: integration with the corporate access control system; role-based access model and centralized user management; centralized logging and monitoring; containerized delivery and reproducible deployment processes; compliance with the requirements of internal security audits, vulnerability scanning, compliance and penetration testing; protection of corporate data from unauthorized access, modification and loss; the possibility of safe operation of the solution in the internal circuit of the company.
