Purpose and description of task (project)

Goal: Ensure the continuity of the customer journey when applying for a car loan, reduce the percentage of customer waste at key steps (biometrics and offer selection) and increase transaction conversion by optimizing timer logic. Description: Development and integration of the updated timing logic system in the client module of the car finance system: 1. A common end-to-end timer for 3 hours: It is set from the moment the application is sent to the full completion of the financing path (including signing documents). 2. The primary booking timer is for 30 minutes: It is allocated for biometric identification, filling in personal data and choosing an offer from the bank. 3. 15-minute extension functionality: One-time timer extension option if less than 5 minutes remain before its expiration. 4. Automatic rollover: When accepting a bank offer, the timer is automatically recalculated taking into account the total time limit for completing the transaction.

Problem description

During the verification and testing of the real customer path, a number of bottlenecks were identified: - Insufficient time during the biometrics and offer selection steps: The standard 30-minute limit often turns out to be insufficient for users when there are delays on the part of banks, undergoing repeated biometrics or, if necessary, consulting before choosing a banking offer. - Loss of booking and disruption of the client's path: When the base time expires, the request is canceled, which means that the client has to go through the entire process all over again, which leads to a high negative reaction and user backlash. - Lack of end-to-end control of total time: Previously, there was no single timer (3 hours) linking the application stage and the final stage of signing the PREP/financing, which complicated the management of vehicle reservation statuses in the warehouse.

Expected effect

Creation of a unified digital ecosystem for processing internal requests, which will allow: Reduce incident response and resolution time by 30-50% by centralizing processes and automatic notifications in Telegram. Increase the transparency of processes for users and management through end-to-end tracking of application status and communication history. Optimize the load on the support team by eliminating duplicate communication channels and automatically collecting analytical dashboards. Ensure a high level of security by delineating the role model of access to confidential data.
