End-to-end information exchange, centralized document management and up-to-date monitoring are not provided. The versioning of changes is monitored inconsistently or manually. Description of the task (project) The project requires the creation of software for building a unified digital database of technological and operational information. The solution being developed should include: 1. Creation of a single digital storage PSI centralized placement of documents and data; structuring information according to a given model (categories, objects, installations, systems); support for various file formats; quick search and filtering. 2. Information lifecycle management , document versioning; fixing the history of changes; status management (draft / approval / approved / archive); preventing the use of outdated versions. 3. End-to-end workflow of working with documents routing approval and approval; appointment of responsible persons; automatic notifications; control of deadlines and statuses. 4. Ensuring the reliability and relevance of data validation and verification mechanisms; control of required attributes; the connection of documents with objects and equipment; database completeness control. 5. Access control and information protection role-based access model; user rights management; protection against unauthorized modification; compliance with information security requirements. 6. Integration with corporate systems integration with the MOC system; integration with EAM/CMMS, ERP, DMS, etc.; data exchange via API; synchronization of metadata. 7. Support for auditing and monitoring logging of user actions; reporting generation; change control; support for inspections and investigations. 8. Analysis and monitoring of PSI status control of completeness and relevance of the database; visualization of document statuses and data quality metrics; management reporting.

The implementation of a single digital platform will ensure centralized management of reliable and up-to-date information, transparency of changes, and reliable versioning. Project result As a result of the implementation, a PSI DataHub software solution should be created, providing: a single source of reliable PSI information; transparent version and change management; reducing the risks of using outdated data; accelerate access to critical information; improving the efficiency of cooperation between departments; strengthening the level of industrial and technological safety.
