Problem description

Modern payment services and digital platforms process a large number of transactions and user actions. At the same time, data on payments, transaction statuses, and user behavior is often stored in disparate systems or accessed with a delay. The lack of centralized real-time analytics leads to a number of problems: - it is difficult to quickly identify errors and failures in payments - there is no transparency of the user's path when making a payment - it is impossible to accurately determine the stages at which users stop the payment process - it becomes more difficult to make decisions on optimizing conversions and increasing revenue As a result, companies lose some of their potential revenue and cannot effectively manage the quality of payment services.

Expected effect

The implementation of the analytical module will allow: - receive up-to-date payment data in real time - quickly identify and fix problems in payment processes - understand user behavior and outflow points - increase conversion by optimizing the user's path - make decisions based on data As a result, the efficiency of the payment platform will increase, the quality of service will improve, and the company's revenue will increase.

Purpose and description of task (project)

It is required to develop an analytical module and a monitoring system for the payment platform that ensures the collection, processing and visualization of data on transactions and user behavior in close to real time. The system should form a single analytical space that allows you to track key performance indicators of the payment service, identify problem areas and analyze the effectiveness of user scenarios. The solution should provide: - collecting data on all transactions and payment stages - tracking payment statuses (successful, rejected, errors) - building a payment funnel - analysis of user behavior at each stage - detection of anomalies and failures in the system The system should be accessible to various categories of users (managers, analysts, technical specialists) and provide relevant information for decision-making.
