Purpose and description of task (project)
Replace the disparate accounting in Excel and 1C with a single digital platform that maintains the full operational contour of the lessor of the warehouse complex: facilities and premises, tenants and contracts, accruals and accounts receivable, utility consumption by meters, additional services, inventory and access rights. The system should solve the problem of rental portfolio manageability: occupied and vacant areas, contract expiration dates, settlement status for each tenant and collection dynamics are visible at any time, and management reports are generated automatically using uniform forms instead of manual assembly.
