Purpose and description of task (project)

To create and implement a unified digital access control system on the territory of the EXPO business center, which will allow: • to generate digital cards for residents and visitors; • manage access levels for various facilities; • use biometric identification; • Integrate with government and law enforcement databases to enhance public safety. The solution should be optimal, scalable and not capital intensive, with the ability to use existing infrastructure.

Implementation of a digital service solution for QazExpoCongress facilities This task is part of the project to create a unified, comfortable digital environment at QazExpoCongress facilities. The project aims to introduce modern technological tools to improve the user experience of visitors and tenants. Task execution features: A detailed Technical Specification (TOR) is attached to the task, defining the basic functional requirements. Implementation flexibility: expert suggestions on optimizing the solution are welcome. Minor deviations from the TOR are allowed if they are justified by improvements in architecture, usability, or performance. An innovative approach: We are open to alternative and additional features that can add value to the service and make its use more efficient.
