Problem description

The EXPO Business Center unites a large number of residents using various services, including: • maintenance of premises; • Engineering services; • cleaning services; • Operational and administrative services; • Other types of service. Currently, service requests are submitted and processed through various channels (phone, email, messengers), which leads to the following problems: • lack of a single application management center; • long request processing time; • the difficulty of monitoring the status of application execution; • Lack of a transparent system for distributing applications among contractors; • insufficient ability to control the quality of services provided.

Expected effect

Based on the results of the project, it is expected: • implementation of a single platform for processing service requests; • improving the processing speed of residents' requests; • increased transparency of interaction with service contractors; • improving the quality of service; • Improved management of the EXPO Business Center.

Purpose and description of task (project)

The aim of the project is to create a digital service application management system that provides: • convenient submission of applications by residents of the business center; • automation of service request processing processes; • Transparent distribution of applications among service contractors; • control of the timing and quality of service provision; • Improving the operational efficiency of the EXPO Business Center infrastructure.

Implementation of a digital service solution for QazExpoCongress facilities This task is part of the project to create a unified, comfortable digital environment at QazExpoCongress facilities. The project aims to introduce modern technological tools to improve the user experience of visitors and tenants. Task execution features: A detailed Technical Specification (TOR) is attached to the task, defining the basic functional requirements. Implementation flexibility: expert suggestions on optimizing the solution are welcome. Minor deviations from the TOR are allowed if they are justified by improvements in architecture, usability, or performance. An innovative approach: We are open to alternative and additional features that can add value to the service and make its use more efficient. Materials: Detailed requirements and technical specifications are attached to this publication as a file.
