In the current mushroom growing process, climate control is carried out manually or partially automated, which leads to the following problems: • unstable temperature and humidity readings • human factor (errors, untimely reaction) • decrease in yield • resource overruns (electricity, water) • lack of analytics and data history
• increase in yield by 15-30% • reduction of energy costs • reduction of the human factor • Stable product quality • Business scaling capability
Galkin, Alexander Evgenievich
Purpose and description of task (project)
Creation of an automated microclimate management system in a greenhouse for growing mushrooms, which regulates the environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, co₂ and ventilation) in real time depending on the stage of mushroom growth and current conditions. The system should minimize manual labor, increase crop stability and reduce the risk of losses.
Note
Both ready-made solutions and development from scratch are considered. A pilot launch at a single facility with further scaling is possible.
