Currently, the processes of data collection, storage and analysis in the framework of medical research are characterized by a high degree of fragmentation and lack of unified approaches to information management. The data is generated in different information systems, has a different structure and quality level, which makes it difficult to consolidate and analyze them later. The lack of standardized processing and visualization tools leads to a decrease in the efficiency of decision-making and an increase in the time required to prepare analytical materials. Additionally, limited transparency of processes and the lack of a single point of access to data create risks of incorrect interpretation of research results and complicate quality control. In this regard, there is a need for conceptual elaboration of approaches to creating a single digital solution capable of providing structured data collection, processing and analysis, taking into account the requirements of modern medical practice and research.
The implementation of the project will make it possible to form a unified understanding of the current state of data management processes in medical research and identify priority areas for their development. As a result of the task, it is expected: increasing the transparency of data collection and analysis processes; improving data quality and comparability by unifying approaches; reducing the time required to prepare analytical materials and reports; formation of the basis for making informed management decisions; creating prerequisites for the subsequent digitalization and scaling of solutions. Additionally, the developed concept will make it possible to assess the feasibility of implementing digital tools and determine the potential economic and organizational impact at the next stages.

Purpose and description of task (project)
The aim of the project is to pre-develop the concept of a digital solution for the collection, processing and analysis of clinical and operational data in the framework of medical research. As part of the task, it is planned: analyze the available data sources and their structure; identify key indicators (KPIs) for evaluating research effectiveness; to form the basic requirements for the architecture of the solution; describe possible approaches to data visualization and analytics; assess the potential risks and limitations of implementation. The result of the work will be a high-level conceptual description of a possible solution that can be used for further elaboration and management decision-making.
