Problem description

The Posiflora accounting program is actively used by flower shops to manage sales, orders, and customer base. However, most users lack a simple and fast tool for online sales without the need to develop a full-fledged website or mobile application. Existing solutions (websites, marketplaces) have a number of limitations: • high cost of website development and maintenance; • the need for separate synchronization with the accounting system; • Complex user path for the client; • loss of some customers due to the transition between platforms. At the same time, Telegram is one of the key channels of communication with customers. However, now: • the showcase of goods is implemented manually through photos and messages; • there is no convenient catalog with up-to-date balances and prices; • there is no automated order processing inside the messenger; • Managers spend a lot of time processing applications manually. There is no integrated solution in the Telegram Mini App format that would turn the messenger into a full-fledged online showcase synchronized with Posiflora.

Expected effect

The implementation of the Telegram Mini App will allow: • to increase online sales by simplifying the customer's path; • reduce order processing time by 40-60%; • Ensure that prices and balances are up to date in real time; • reduce the burden on managers; • increase the conversion from correspondence to purchase; • create a new sales channel without developing a website; • Strengthen the Posiflora ecosystem with built-in digital tools.
