Create a cloud platform where an employee independently allocates a personal benefits budget (fitness, healthcare, education, nutrition, etc.). The key part is the media layer consisting of two blocks. Media benefits. A catalog of legal subscriptions to online cinemas, music streaming, podcasts, audiobooks, e-libraries, Kazakhstan media services, and educational video platforms. Rights holders and services are connected through a partner dashboard. Subscriptions are issued and paid for from the benefits budget, and the company keeps track of licenses. Corporate media. A built-in constructor for short videos, podcasts, and news feeds: HR and management talk about benefits, onboarding, and team achievements, including in Kazakh and Russian. The AI module generates subtitles, voiceovers, and dubbing, adapts videos for employee segments, and recommends content and benefits based on interests. Other modules: employee, HR, and partner dashboards, integrations (1C, Bitrix24, HRM, Kaspi/Halyk), engagement and retention analytics.
