Purpose and description of task (project)

The ultimate goal: To create a design platform for automating 70+ support measures for the Holding and content pages. A Technical Specification is attached in the attachment as a guideline for the final, target system. The task of the hackathon (MVP): To develop the core of the platform, the key element of which is the no-code/low-code constructor of forms and business logic. The teams need to prove the viability of their designer by setting up a complex two-stage service in it: "Purchase of air transport and wagons for leasing" (stages I and II: https://bgov.kz/services/wagons_ind and https://bgov.kz/services/wagons_exp ) IMPORTANT: The implementation of the service "in code" (hardcode) without using the designer's tools will be considered a failure to complete the task. The leasing service is a test case to test the flexibility of your engine.

Problem description

The main problem is the "digital barrier" and the enormous cost of supporting disparate services. Each new support measure now requires a separate development. The application forms are overloaded (40+ fields), and the user experience (UX) is extremely low. We need a solution that will allow the Holding's business analysts to independently assemble complex questionnaires, configure branching logic and calculation fields, without involving developers for each edit.

Expected effect

В рамках задачи команды должны презентовать: 1. Интерфейс Конструктора: Демонстрация того, как администратор без правки программного кода настраивает поля, валидацию и логику переходов для услуги лизинга. 2. Клиентский путь (UX): Прототип личного кабинета, где сложная услуга лизинга (1 и 2 этапы) разбита на понятные шаги с использованием масок ввода и автоматических расчетов. 3. Архитектурная готовность: Доказательство того, что архитектура позволит тиражировать это решение на оставшиеся 70+ услуг Холдинга. 4. Имитация интеграций: Демонстрация готовности системы к обмену данными с ЕИШ и eGov через Mock-сервисы (реальная интеграция на этапе хакатона не требуется). Ожидаемый эффект от полного внедрения целевой системы: • Повышение доступности и прозрачности мер государственной поддержки. • Упрощение взаимодействия предпринимателей с институтами развития. • Сокращение времени на вывод новых цифровых услуг (time-to-market) за счет использования конструктора форм. • Создание единой базы данных и аналитики по всем мерам поддержки Холдинга. • Сокращение времени на заполнение заявок предпринимателями в 2-3 раза.
