The creation of a digital platform will create a unified information space for managing the operation of elevator equipment and increase the transparency of maintenance processes. The solution will simplify the interaction between industry participants, increase the efficiency of service planning and ensure more complete monitoring of the condition of elevator equipment throughout its entire life cycle.

Purpose and description of task (project)
It is required to develop a digital platform that provides centralized management of elevator equipment data throughout the entire life cycle – from commissioning to maintenance and modernization. The platform should form a unified information space for industry participants and ensure the maintenance of an elevator registry, storage of technical specifications, operational documentation and service history. The solution should support the recording of operational events, the registration of service work and the formation of a complete digital history of the equipment. The system should ensure the interaction of various categories of users – manufacturers, service and installation organizations, management companies and operational services – providing them with access to up-to-date information about the condition of elevators, planned work and technical documentation.
