It is necessary to develop a web module for maintaining an electronic log of maintenance for vehicles and special equipment. The system should provide the creation of equipment cards, registration of completed repair and maintenance work, indicating the maintenance date, list of completed operations, cost, and comments. It is also necessary to implement planning for the next maintenance based on date or mileage, display upcoming and overdue tasks, and generate reports on the maintenance history. The interface should be simple and convenient for employees responsible for the operation of the vehicle fleet.
Software/ IS
Information about repairs, maintenance, and replacement of consumables is often stored in scattered tables or paper logs. The lack of a unified digital tool makes it difficult to obtain a complete maintenance history, control the timing of scheduled work, and quickly find the necessary information. As a result, the volume of manual work increases, the risk of missing planned maintenance and unplanned equipment downtime rises. Developing a web module will allow for systematizing data, simplifying maintenance control, and improving the efficiency of the vehicle fleet operation.
