1. Integration with external data providers: Planet API — satellite images and vegetation indexes (NDVI, EVI). Windy API — meteorological parameters (wind speed, precipitation, temperature, humidity). The ability to connect additional providers (Copernicus, OpenWeather, SentinelHub). 2. Automatic data download and update (daily). 3. Processing, normalization and storage of geospatial data. 4. Calculation of natural risks by area (dryness, waterlogging, strong wind, etc.). 5. Data display on an interactive map with multi-layered visualization. 6. Providing API for agricultural insurance modules (damage assessment, risk forecasting, notifications).

Quality requirements • Reliability: automatic recovery in case of network failures. • Scalability: horizontal scaling of API and database. • Security: API keys for external services are stored in Azure Key Vault or AWS Secrets Manager. • Performance: caching of results (Redis). • Update: Daily, at 03:00 UTC (cron).
