The bottom line: Creating a secure space for remote video consultations between a doctor and a patient directly inside the DCH platform or through integration. The purpose of the development is to expand the range of services provided by client clinics through the introduction of remote patient care that does not require physical presence (repeat appointments, transcription of tests). Expected effect: An increase in the number of appointments per doctor, an increase in clinic revenue. For DCH, this is an opportunity to sell the functionality as an additional paid module, which will increase the total LTV of the client. Roles: The doctor is creating a link to a video conference, making an appointment, filling out an EQ in parallel with a video call. The patient is connected to the call via a secure link. Functional requirements: Generating a unique link to the video room when choosing the "Online Consultation" service. Displaying a video call window and an electronic medical record (EHR) on the same screen for the doctor. Notifying the patient about the start of the appointment with a link to the connection. Expected technical tasks: Backend (Node.js): Configuring the API for creating and managing video sessions. Configuring webhooks to change the recording status (started/completed). Frontend (Vue.js 2): Integration of the UI component of the video player into the doctor's interface using Bootstrap/Vuetify. Implementation of a split-screen for simultaneous video calling and map management. Acceptance criteria: An appointment for an online appointment is being successfully created in the calendar. The link is generated automatically and sent to the patient. Video communication works stably, without delays (delay no more than 1 sec). Integrations: Integration with an external video communication provider (WebRTC) or third-party telemedicine services via API. Sending a link via ChatApp/WhatsApp integration
