Problem description

The lack of a unified digital patient management system. Clinics cannot accurately assess the payback of marketing channels and do not have automated tools for developing an affiliate network (when one doctor refers to another).

Expected effect

A tool for tracking the sources of patient engagement and managing the clinic's partner networks. The problem being solved is the lack of a unified digital patient management system. Clinics cannot accurately assess the payback of marketing channels and do not have automated tools for developing an affiliate network (when one doctor refers to another). The purpose of the development: Implement end-to-end analytics tools and create a technical base for launching referral programs within the DCH platform. Expected effect: Reduction of the cost of patient engagement (CAC), growth of LTV customers due to loyalty, provision of accurate data to management (profitability through advertising channels). Roles: Clinic marketer — generating UTM tags, viewing analytics. The owner/ Chief Medical Officer evaluates the ROI of advertising campaigns. Partner (external doctor) — access to a personal account to track referred patients. Functional requirements: Linking the source of the request (UTM tag, promo code, specific partner) to the patient's electronic card when creating it. Generation of unique referral links or promo codes for partners. Dashboard with conversion display: "Lead -> Recorded -> Received -> Paid" in the context of each marketing channel. Expected technical tasks: Frontend (Vue.js 2 + Chart.js/ECharts): Development of interactive funnel conversion charts. Backend: Configuring the API to receive data about leads from external advertising accounts (Facebook, Google Ads, Bitrix24). Acceptance criteria: When creating an entry by the administrator, you can select the patient's source from the directory (a link is triggered). Referral bonuses are awarded to the partner only after the actual closing of the transaction (payment) in the system.
