Problem description

Automate the financial relationship between DCH and clinics, eliminate manual control over the payment of licenses and additional modules.

Expected effect

The internal module of the DCH platform for automatic control of payments from clinics (B2B billing), tariff management and access. The purpose of the development is to automate the financial relationship between DCH and clinics, to eliminate manual control over the payment of licenses and additional modules. Expected effect: Ensuring uninterrupted receipt of regular revenue (MRR), reducing the burden on the DCH sales department, transparent revenue accounting (expected revenue of 1.8 billion tenge by 2029). Roles: Superuser (DCH Admin) — creating tariffs, managing licenses, viewing financial reports. Clinic owner — view subscription status, pay bills, add/remove jobs (doctors). Functional requirements: Automatic cost calculation: basic license (15,000,000 tenge/year for up to 5 users) + dynamic billing for additional doctors (30,000 tenge/month) and an AI module (10,000 tenge/month). Blocking or limiting functionality in case of late payment. Generation of invoices and certificates of completed works. Expected technical tasks: Backend (Node.js): Writing CRON scripts for daily checking of subscription status. The logic of dynamic pricing. Database (PostgreSQL): Creating subscriptions, invoices, and payments tables to track the transaction history of clinics. Acceptance criteria: The system automatically calculates the cost when adding the 6th and subsequent doctors. If you do not pay, access automatically switches to read-only mode. Integrations: Integration with payment gateways for B2B transactions, integration with cloud accounting (1C) for the generation of certificates.
