The development of an AI module for evaluating and generating goals solves one of the key pains of the HR function and managers: formal, vague, strategically unrelated goal setting. The implementation of the module creates measurable value at three levels at once: operational (saving time), qualitative (increasing the share of strategically related goals) and strategic (aligning employee goals with the company's strategy and GNI).
The prototype created at the hackathon can be directly adapted for industrial implementation in any HR system via the REST API.

Purpose and description of task (project)
To develop an AI layer on top of a goal management system that: generates strategically related goals based on the GNI, KPIs of the department and the goals of the head, evaluates the quality and relevance of goals, ensures alignment of the employee's goals with the company's strategy.
