What to do:

  • Legal support of management bodies: preparation of materials, examination of documents, control of correctness of procedures;

  • Monitoring of corporate legislation and updating of internal regulatory documents;

  • Support of corporate processes in subsidiaries and affiliates: general meetings, consultation of participants, disclosure of information;

  • Legal expertise of large and affiliated transactions, participation in compliance and anti-corruption procedures;

  • Methodological support for management and interaction with regulators;

  • Participation in the digitalization of corporate governance and the implementation of international standards.

What we expect:

  • Legal work experience of at least 5 years, preferably in corporate law and quasi-public sector;

  • Knowledge of the AIFC legislation, laws on LLP, JSC and NPOs; understanding of international legal norms;

  • The advantage will be the experience of working with IT legislation;

  • Excellent written literacy (Kazakh/Russian), the ability to conduct business correspondence and work with document management (including EDI);

  • Skills in preparing legal and analytical materials, understanding the principles of corporate governance;

Due to the development and expansion of the team on one of the key clients, we are looking for a specialist with experience working with Adobe Campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and launching mass tactical and trigger mailings in the CDP system (Adobe Campaign);
  • Verification and revision of the provided HTML layouts in the CDP system (replacement/substitution of links, utm tags and dynamic parameters);

  • Segmentation of the customer base for e-mail and push mailings according to the specified parameters;

  • Communication with related departments to coordinate activities;

  • Uploading communication indicators of e-mail and push mailings, as well as general database indicators in a designated format for further analysis and preparation of reports;

  • Analysis of communication indicators;

  • Working with the team to develop hypotheses for A/B testing and analyze the results;

  • Audit of key indicators for building effective communications.

Requirements

  • Confident ideas about e-mail and push mailings – the process of setting up, segmenting, testing, and reporting;
