About the program

Objective is to identify emerging B2B and
other promising startups focused on breaking into
the United States market.

Participants will have a chance to attend
both or one of the tracks below:

Track 1: Silicon Valley Residency is an immersion
program for early-stage startups to gain
firsthand exposure to investors, clients, and
new markets

Track 2: AlchemistX Accelerator program is
the world's best accelerator for B2B startups
that monetize from enterprises

THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF:

FOUNDATION
up to 4 weeks

ONLINE PRE-ACCELERATION
open for all

  • - Technologies of the future
  • - Turning ideas into products that change the world
  • - Figuring out the right business model
  • - Fundamentals of growth and sales
  • - How and when to incorporate your company
  • - Everything you need to know about fundraising
  • - Become a leader and identify your blind spots
  • - Construct the perfect business pitch

TRACK 1
up to 16 weeks

SILICON VALLEY RESIDENCY
open for all

  • - Access to residency at Silkroad Innovation Hub
  • - Regular coaching sessions and workshops
  • - In-person strategy, product and operations sessions
  • - Participation in Silicon Valley events and activities
  • - Attending pitching sessions and access to VC and angel investors

TRACK 2
up to 10 weeks

ALCHEMISTX ACCELERATOR
only for selected startups

  • - Customer discovery driving smart US go-to-market (GTM) strategy
  • - Building US sales pipeline, refining messaging, and core sales assets
  • - Group-based online and offline workshops and activities
  • - 1:1 coaching from seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and investors
  • - Weekly workshops and standups

Program cost

Cash Agreement:
The costs of Track 1 & Track 2 - $5,000 per team member

OR

Equity Agreement:
Startups can opt for a $50,000 SAFE agreement

Duration

Program duration: up to 20 weeks:

Foundation: 4-week online pre-acceleration for all

Track 1: 16-week Silicon Valley residency program

Track 2: 10-week AlchemistX Acceleration program

Location

The Silicon Valley residency program will be held in the Bay Area, California, US

The program participants will receive access to co-working and co-living facilities:

 - The co-working facility will be located at Silkroad Innovation Hub
 - The co-living facility will be provided in a shared facility with up to three people per room

Format

The program will be held in an online and in-person format

- Foundation will be held by Silkroad Innovation Hub and Astana Hub
- Track 1 will be held by Silkroad Innovation Hub
- Track 2  will be held by AlchemistX Accelerator

The entire program will be held in English

Eligible Countries

Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan

*Selected startups must be legally incorporated in Kazakhstan

**Astana Hub can assist in setting up a legal entity in Kazakhstan for selected startups

Participant Cohort

Foundation: Up to 40 startups will be selected for the 4-week online pre-acceleration program

Track 1: Up to 30 startups will be selected for the 16-week Silicon Valley Residency program

Track 2: Up to 10 startups will be selected for the 10-week AlchemistX Acceleration program

  • What is the AlchemistX Accelerator?

    The AlchemistX Accelerator is a program designed to help B2B and enterprise startups from Central Eurasia enter and break into the US market. 

  • Who is eligible to apply for the program?

    The program is open to B2B startups from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan,Turkey, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Selected startups must have a legal entity in Kazakhstan. 

  • What are the costs associated with the program?

    The cost of the program is $5,000 per team member OR startups can opt for a $50,000 SAFE agreement. This doesn't cover travel expenses of startups. 

  • What are the key dates for the program?

    June 30: Application deadline
    July 8: Start of pre-acceleration & Silicon Valley Residency programs
    August 1: Start of AlchemistX Acceleration
    October 25: Demo Day and Graduation ceremony 

  • What kind of support will participants receive?

    Participants will receive assistance in attracting external investments, deep customer discovery learning, engagement with experienced speakers and mentors, PR support, housing in the US, and access to a vibrant community at the Silkroad Innovation Hub.

    Foundation: Up to 40 startups will be selected for the 4-week online pre-acceleration program
