Responsibilities

• Bring up new SoCs, chipsets, sensors, and products;
• Write, debug, and integrate new device drivers, protocols, RTOS and other firmware code across ARLO embedded product line;
• Interacting with Hardware, Cloud Operations Team, Mobile Clients Team and various other cross-functional teams throughout ARLO;
• Review board schematics and data sheets;
• Enable test strategies for new components in upcoming products;
• Support product development builds;
• Lead assigned feature development.

Required skills

• Engineering experience, at least 3 years;
• Effective communication;
• Experience hiring engineers;
• Embedded C and C++;
• Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) or Linux;
• Hard real time application experience: eg Video, Audio, Signal Processing, Optimizing embedded software for size and speed;
• Debugging and testing embedded systems;

• Streaming both Video and Audio in both Linux and RTOS;
• Networking Protocols: TCP/FTP/UDP/RTP/RTSP/RTCP/HTTPS, Desirable: UPNP/DLNA/ALLSEEN/ZIGBEE/ZWAVE;
• Basic electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators, logic analyzer,etc.);

• Video and video networking experience a plus;

• BS CS/EE/CE or relevant work experience (MS is a plus).

Basic requirements (education, skills):

• Expertise in computer vision and machine learning;

• Experience in software development in company, startup, or other industrial framework;

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, etc.;

• Experience with OpenCV;

• Familiarity with state of the art for computer vision. Deep knowledge of at least one of the following approaches: CNNs and deep learning, SVM, Bayesian Networks, boosting, feature based detection (SIFT/SURF family), object tracking, video analytics, audio analytics;

• Strong fluency in C++ and/or Python;

• Experience using development tools such as GIT;

• Good verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to work independently.

What you will be doing (functional duties):

• Design models for achieving specific video or audio analytic goals;

• Perform model training and optimization;

• Design and implement algorithms for performing a variety of computer vision or audio related tasks;

• Create or modify software and tools for implementing your algorithms and models on cloud infrastructure and edge devices;

• Work with data engineers to wrangle datasets to train and test your models;

• Work with a team of software and hardware engineers to deploy the software and tools that you have developed;

• Work with product marketing teams to help productize product features in a compelling fashion, understand customer feedback and define new iterations of product features,

The project is the development of an application for online insurance.

 The customer is a digital insurance company that protects the property and cars of more than 150,000 customers in Germany and the United Kingdom against risks.

 Technology stack: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, Redis, Heroku, AWS, REST API.

 Responsibilities:

• Developing new features and implementing product concepts;
• Code reviews and testing;

Requirements:

• Commercial Ruby development experience for 3+ years;

• Отражение операций по US GAAP в 1С, в т. ч. ведение учета по US GAAP по отдельным участкам для иностранных компаний;

• Взаимодействие с сервисной компанией, ведущей учет иностранных компаний;

• Взаимодействие с внешними аудиторами по вопросам аудита отчетности иностранных компаний;

• Участие в автоматизации подготовки отчетности по US GAAP;

• Формирование регулярных отчетов для акционеров, Совета Директоров и менеджмента Компании;

What you will be doing (functional duties):

• Develop, revise, and enforce compliance policies and procedures;
• Monitoring the legislation in compliance area (applicable to the legal entities of the Company in different countries);
• Conduct analyses of various compliance risks applicable to a different locations of the Company (including sanctions and anti-corruption);
• Evaluate and address conflict of interest cases;
• Conduct KYC (including deep due diligence) for third parties;
• Review the company’s various activities (e.g. sponsorship, donations, gifts, and hospitality requests) for compliance with applicable laws and internal policies;
• Work cross-functionally to identify, assess, and manage existing and emerging compliance issues and risks in the business, countries, and industry;
• Internal investigation (full circle);
