How do you build your own test management system and connect an AI agent that analyzes requirements and generates test cases?

At this session at Almaty Hub, the Globerce Capital team will share their practical experience: why existing TMS solutions did not meet their needs, how they built QualityHub using Claude Code, and how an open API enabled them to connect a QA agent to the system.

We’ll cover:
- why the team decided to build its own TMS;
- how QualityHub was developed: architecture, rules for AI, mistakes, and lessons learned;
- how they connected an AI agent through an open API;
- how QA Agent analyzes technical specifications and merge requests, generates test cases, and imports them into the TMS.

Speakers:
Dias Argynbayev - Head of QA at Globerce Capital. He has over 11 years of experience in testing, including roles at Halyk Bank and Jusan Bank. He leads a team of 36 QA engineers, develops internal QA products and QA Academy, and integrates AI into testing processes.
Ilya Skvortsov - QA Engineer at Globerce Capital. He has over 7 years of experience testing web and mobile applications, APIs, and microservice systems. He works on digital mortgage products and builds AI assistants for code analysis, test case generation, and routine task automation.

The session will be useful for QA engineers, team leads, and development managers who want to apply AI in their workflows.
