, An open online meetup "AI Development Maturity Ladder"

Almost everyone can assemble an AI agent today: YouTube, vibcode, a couple of evenings.
 And only a few are brought to the market. It's not the code that gets in the way: the agent can't be trusted, it's not clear why it broke down, and it's unclear how much it costs.

At an open meeting, we will analyze a map of 5 stages of AI development maturity - from vibcode to enterprise – and you will see at which stage your project is stuck.

In the final, there will be a presentation of the course "Product AI Development" (AI-Driven Development: Level 2).

, What will happen at the meetup

• Maturity map: 5 steps – from prototype to enterprise, what you get at each stage and where it breaks down on the scale.

• The "prototype → prod" gap: the four reasons why projects die in transition are trust, observability, cost, and security.

• One example at all levels: an end–to-end development assistant - how a single task changes from a vibcode to an enterprise.

• 4 pillars of production: evals, observability, FinOps, security – something that is not in the YouTube tutorials.

• Live analysis of questions: bring your case – n8n-flow, agent, security contour – let's figure out where the ceiling is.

• Presentation of the course "Product AI development".

• Pavel Veynik – Solution Architect, founder of Hard&Soft Skills, author and lecturer of the course. At the meetup, he holds the architectural frame and leads the enterprise stage.

• Sergey Golubev – Product Manager & AI Creator, lecturer of AI-Driven Development and "Product AI Development" courses, 16+ years in IT. He shows the lower steps using examples from his products.
