AI, digitalization and big data — new frontiers of law

On June 16, 2026, Almaty Hub will host the V annual IT Law Forum, organized by SDU University in cooperation with Almaty Hub and Narkhoz University.

The forum will bring together experts in the field of law, technology and digitalization to discuss key challenges and trends in digital law in the era of artificial intelligence.

Forum topics:

• Artificial Intelligence and the Digital Code: AI regulation, digital rights, and legal mechanisms for technology development.
• Data and cybersecurity: personal data protection, data turnover, and the sustainability of digital infrastructure.
• Digital business and law: legal support for digital platforms, e-commerce and fintech.

• LegalTech: automation of legal processes and implementation of AI solutions in the legal field.

The event will also include the LegalTech Expo, where IT companies will be able to present their solutions and establish professional contacts with industry representatives.

In addition, it is planned to publish a collection of articles on the thematic areas of the forum within the framework of the project "Problems of regulating the legal regime of big Data: domestic and international experience".
