This hands-on course is designed to take you from a random one-off assignment to a real digital solution — built on your actual government cases.

🧑‍💻 Course Program:

Week 1 — Learn & Dive In: We start by experiencing the classic chaos of ad-hoc assignments through business games, then master design thinking, AI tools for task optimization, hypothesis generation, and unit economics. We build a managed process from idea to release — in teams.

Week 2 — Refine Online via Zoom: In-depth consultations, project refinement, and independent work.

Final: A graduation Demo Day where teams present their finished project solutions.

Caspian Hackathon 2026 is the first international hackathon bringing together developers, engineers, designers, entrepreneurs, and innovators from the Caspian region.

Over the course of three days, participating teams will develop innovative technology solutions focused on preserving the Caspian Sea ecosystem and present their projects to an expert jury.

• Age: 18–34 years old;

• Team size: 2–5 members;

• Each team must include at least one developer;
