More than 400 students and young professionals applied to participate in the program, from which 105 of the most talented were selected. Participants underwent internships in such companies as Edvola, Naimi.kz, National Goods Catalog, Satu.kz advertising agency, Astana Rocket Company, Damu Information Technology Center, TM-SYSTEMS, etc. 

Upon completion, graduates and companies shared their impressions: 

"In the future, I plan to get a job with the company where I did my internship. It felt like I had won the lottery. My mentor is a great person who was in touch with me every day and made an effort to get me to adapt quickly and start working as a full-fledged manager," said Adil Abesho, an intern at Astana Rocket Company. 

"During the IT Startup Mentor program, our company offered internships to a first-year student from Nazarbayev University and a third-year student from the International University of Information Technology. After the internship, we hired a third-year student who showed amazing results. The second intern also proved to be a good one. We were impressed with the level of training the youth received. The IT Startup Mentor program is a great opportunity to see generational synergy," shared Galiya Seydalieva, executive director of Oris Lab.

As a reminder, the goal of the IT Startup Mentor is to allow students to gain practical experience, plan their career path, adapt to working life, improve their specialized skills, and successfully self-actualize in professional activity.
