President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the Eighth summit of the Organization of Turkic States, proposed the creation of the Center of Modern Technoparks of Turkic countries. As part of this initiative, a memorandum is expected to be signed between the technoparks of the TSO member states, aimed at joint development of the ICT and innovation ecosystem in the region. Also, they will discuss the possibility of creating the Association of Modern Technoparks of the Organization in the area and the integration of IT platforms of key IT technoparks of the GTO countries, the implementation of the IT residency program "Digital Nomad," aimed at increasing the mobility of IT startups among the member states of the Organization. Heads of Technoparks will also hold a panel discussion, where they will share their vision of cooperation and development of the region's innovation ecosystem with the guests of the Forum.

Thirteen technoparks from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Palestine, and Kazakhstan will participate in the technopark exhibition.

"At the Forum, each technopark will showcase its programs, IT innovations, and startups. But in addition to the exhibition of technoparks, there will also be an exhibition of IT schools, an IT job fair, Astana Hub Battle competition, VR, and GameDev-platforms. Venture capitalists from all over the region are expected to participate. Leading international experts will discuss topical issues of the IT world at numerous panel sessions," said Magzhan Madiev, General Director of Astana Hub.
