Astana Hub and IT Park of Uzbekistan agreed on cooperation
On December 7, Astana Hub and IT Park of Uzbekistan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of information technology. The event was attended by General Director of the International Technopark of IT Startups Magzhan Madiev, Deputy Director of IT-Park Uzbekistan for International Relations Bakhodir Ayupov and Manager of the International Department of the Ministry of Information and Communications Sanjar Alimov.
The agreement provides for the development of cooperation and strengthening of friendly relations between the parties in the development of the startup ecosystem.
IT Park of Uzbekistan was opened in July 2019 in Tashkent. During this time, IT Park contributed to the creation of 28 new startups, a dozen projects in the field of information technology, as well as trainings, workshops and meetups to stimulate youth interest in this area and develop computer literacy among the population.
The organization of such meetings makes it possible to strengthen partnerships with foreign companies and organizations, which positively affects the development of the IT industry in Central Asia.

I don't know about hackers but when you say experts, I am guessing you're referring to (Mr Queen Hillian) platforms. I don't think there was an easy way to track or recover your BTC when you lose them to scammers not until I came across this genus online. My recommendation to novice bitcoin investors is to conduct your homework before trusting any of these companies with your money. They gain your trust by producing a modest profit, and then when you invest a substantial sum, they block your money for no apparent reason.
