The agreement was signed by Magzhan Madiyev, CEO of Astana Hub, and Togzhan Kozhaly, founder of EmAI.
A key component of the partnership will be the launch of Health Tech Lab HAQ – the first platform in Kazakhstan to unite the testing, deployment, and scaling of medical technologies and AI-powered solutions. The project includes the creation of a medical data infrastructure (Data Trust), the launch of an AI Sandbox for testing and certification of solutions, the implementation of telemedicine services and digital clinics, integration with state information systems, as well as support and acceleration of MedTech startups.
The initiative is designed to establish a new model of healthcare in which digital solutions significantly reduce the time required to access medical professionals, improve diagnostic accuracy, ease the burden on the healthcare system, and expand access to medical services in regional areas.
EmAI serves as the technological partner of the project and the developer of key solutions. The company has already built a telemedicine platform with 24/7 access to doctors, an AI assistant for automating patient interactions, and solutions for monitoring and improving the quality of healthcare services.
The joint initiative is expected to become a foundation for advancing medical AI solutions and strengthening Kazakhstan’s position as a regional hub for digital healthcare innovation.
