The National Scientific Center for Healthcare Development is the country’s leading scientific and expert institution in the healthcare sector. Under the memorandum, the Center will provide Astana Hub with expert, analytical, and methodological support for the assessment of MedTech solutions, including digital and AI-based products, as well as participate in the preparation of expert evaluations for innovative startup projects.

Astana Hub, in turn, will facilitate access to startups, their pitch materials, and tracking and analytics data, creating opportunities for innovation teams to receive professional assessments and recommendations from a national healthcare authority.
Special attention within the partnership is given to the digital transformation of the healthcare system, the implementation of AI solutions, the development of the MedTech innovation ecosystem, and the enhancement of market participants’ competencies. This partnership may become a significant step toward building a mature medical technology ecosystem in Kazakhstan.
