If you have experience and methodology of the incubation programs and you are ready to be an operator for the development of start-up projects in the regions of Kazakhstan, you can send your concept proposal in any convenient format (text, presentation etc.) till April 7th. 

The concept should indicate what possibilities you can offer to strengthen the regional technoparks within the common innovation ecosystem, which Astana Hub creates for the domestic developments in the sectors of "new economy".

The incubation program is planned in Almaty, Karaganda, Shymkent, Atyrau, Petropavlovsk, Uralsk, Pavlodar to support start-up projects at the idea stage and their transition to later stages (creation of MVP, first sales).

Minimum requirements for the program concept:

Duration - at least 3 months
Off-line format (if restrictive measures are introduced due to a worsened sanitary and epidemiological situation, it is allowed to go online for the duration of such measures)
At least 20 start-up projects selected for the incubation program
At least 15 startup projects graduating from the program 
The program content must consist of educational workshops, tracking and consulting
The requirements for the startup projects: scalable idea, IT component of the project, at least two participants in the team, full involvement (no outside activities)
Vendor requirements:

Availability of a methodology for conducting the incubation program
Availability of trackers/experts
Experience in conducting an incubation program
Fill out an application form and upload the Program concept by April 7
