Astana Hub helps graduates to train and work in major global companies

Gaukhar Omirli got an internship at Peterson Projects and Solutions in Malaysia, and Akzhol Mederbekov got a job at an American startup as a Junior Business Development Manager. Young guys completed 2-week Beta Career courses from Astana Hub, which help students and graduates to effectively plan their careers and successfully fulfill themselves in their professional activities.


The Beta Career program was launched at Astana Hub in 2021. Anyone can take part in the program. Last year, 3 streams of the program took place, in total over 1000 applications were submitted from the following cities of Kazakhstan: Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Taraz, Pavlodar, Shymkent, Atyrau, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Kokshetau, Zhanaozen, Turkestan, Zhezkazgan , Uralsk, Aktobe, Temirtau, etc.

It should be noted that residents of other countries also show interest in the program, as applications for participation were submitted from Russia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Japan and South Korea.

In the courses, participants are told how to create a winning resume, how to build communications and teamwork, learn how to prepare for an interview, and also talk about time management and work-life balance.

Among the course speakers are representatives of such companies as: Eurasian Resources Group, ITS Partner (Belarus), Grintern (Russia), EP Advisory (England). Applications are accepted until April 3 of this year.

Duration of the 1 stream of the program: from April 4 to April 17, 2022.
