Bagdat Mussin Participates in LEAP 2024 Forum in Riyadh

Bagdat Mussin, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, recently took part and delivered a speech at the LEAP Digital Forum in Riyadh. The forum saw the representation of Kazakh companies such as the international technology park Astana Hub and National Information Technologies JSC.


During his address, the minister highlighted domestic GovTech developments and the ongoing digitalization efforts in Kazakhstan.

“As a testament to our global recognition, Kazakhstan was ranked among the top 3 in the UNDP and AWS Institute 'Future Government Awards' category. Additionally, we were awarded the top position in the 'Inclusive Digital Transformation' category at the World Government Summit in Dubai this year. Today, Kazakhstan's e-government stands as a comprehensive application featuring key elements such as 'E-notary' for digital notarial actions, 'eOtinish' for streamlined interaction with the government, 'eDensaulyk' for access to personal medical data, 'e-Salyq' for tax management, and many more,” noted Bagdat Mussin.

LEAP serves as a platform to bring together the global technology community to explore, interact, network, and discover the latest technology developments. The event showcases cutting-edge technology innovations, drawing thousands of international technology exhibitors, leading executives, and expert speakers.
