The Startup Alley is a key platform of the forum, where young companies have the opportunity to present their ideas to thousands of participants, including investors, experts, and business representatives. Among the showcased projects are Astana Hub participants developing solutions in EdTech, MedTech, cybersecurity, industrial technologies, digital media, and business process automation.
“Digital Qazaqstan is a key platform for the development of the country’s technology and startup ecosystem, bringing together government, corporations, and tech companies around practical challenges of large-scale AI transformation. At the forum, we plan to showcase our flagship development – the largest ASR model for Turkic languages, designed with consideration of natural speech patterns and regional linguistic contexts. This technology, developed in strategic partnership with Astana Hub, already enables companies to build high-quality and scalable customer interactions in the state language, based on domestic AI solutions,” said Daniyar Omurzakov, Managing Partner for Central Asia at Cybernet AI.
The Cybernet AI project is developing a secure platform for building voice-based AI agents and automating customer communications, targeting large enterprise segments including banking, fintech, and telecommunications. The company’s solutions enable handling of both inbound and outbound calls, conducting full conversations with customers, and efficiently resolving tasks within a single interaction – from sales to customer support and debt collection. The platform is built on proprietary speech recognition technology adapted for Turkic languages and real-world communication scenarios. Today, Cybernet AI works with more than 80 companies across different countries, with the startup’s revenue exceeding $5 million in 2025.
In addition, several other promising projects are featured at the forum. AgrioPro presents smart irrigation technology aimed at water efficiency for farmers. Cortex AI offers a clinical decision support system (CDSS) for donor organ matching. Best Vision Technologies is developing an AI ecosystem for industrial safety and risk detection. GEON is building a next-generation mobile streaming platform that connects streamers, viewers, and brands into a unified interactive ecosystem. EduTest is also among the participants, introducing modern assessment tools that use psychometric methods and data analytics to improve the quality of education.
It should be noted that on March 27, the Digital Qazaqstan 2026 Forum is taking place in Shymkent under the theme “Industry 5.0: The Power of Collaboration.” The forum is organized by the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Shymkent, and the Astana Hub international innovation cluster.
This year’s forum is made possible thanks to the support of partners and sponsors. All expenses are covered through sponsorship funding.
