Speaking before the event’s participants, the President highlighted that AI is one of the key driving forces of modern progress and has the potential to radically change the economy.

"In Kazakhstan, significant steps are being taken to lay a solid foundation for the promotion of AI. The focus is on creating institutional frameworks, infrastructure, and human capital development. As part of the institutional structure, we are establishing an International Advisory Board on Artificial Intelligence, which will operate under my leadership. This board will become a strategic platform for dialogue and exchange of ideas with global experts, bringing together engineers, researchers, and entrepreneurs to develop recommendations on national AI policy and strengthen international cooperation," said the President.

He also announced that Kazakhstan has established the AlemAI Center for Advanced Technologies, which will bring together the best global practices and contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions. He noted that the center will serve as a hub for AI-related initiatives, including educational programs for schools, universities, and vocational training centers, research centers, offices for startups and companies, as well as platforms for exchanging experiences and best practices.
