Hero Training is an intensive five-week program for entrepreneurs, offering immersive training in Silicon Valley. Participants gain access to markets across 25–30 countries, take part in workshops, strategic sessions, and AMA meetings with investors, receive mentorship from leading entrepreneurs, and engage in high-impact networking events. A signature component of the program is the “Navy SEAL Survival Week,” designed to build resilience, leadership, and team effectiveness.
“Over the years, Hero Training has become one of the leading international acceleration programs for technology startups in Central Eurasia. Since its launch, the program has received more than 260 applications, with 41 startups successfully completing the in-person acceleration at the Draper University campus in Silicon Valley. Alumni have raised over $3 million in investments, secured strategic partnerships, and launched sales in international markets. The geographic footprint of participating startups and their expansion spans Central Asia, the Caucasus, Turkey, and the United States, including market entry into Miami and collaborations with American universities and companies. This track record confirms the program’s practical value for startups pursuing global growth,” said Tanat Uskembayev, Managing Director of Astana Hub.
Technology startups with a working product at the MVP stage or beyond are eligible to apply for Hero Training. The program provides participants with the opportunity to accelerate growth, prepare for entry into the U.S. market under the guidance of entrepreneurs and experts from the Draper Ecosystem, and attract the attention of international investors and partners.
