IT startups from Astana Hub will expand their activity in the Uzbek market

Kazakh resident companies of Astana Hub will expand their activities in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Information and Communications reported.


The delegation of IT Park and the Ministry of Information and Communications, headed by Sherzod Shermatov, met with representatives of Astana Hub on December 6, as part of the visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Kazakhstan.

The parties discussed the expansion of resident companies of the Kazakh incubator in the Uzbek market.

Thus, the head of the startup Oquda, which provides a platform for the international recruitment of students and interns, intends to expand its activities in Uzbekistan.

 

Also, IT Park will attract technology consultants from Kazakhstan for beginner Uzbek IT specialists. The corresponding agreement was reached with Maxinum Consulting Group.

 

Another consulting company Datanomix will hold a seminar on data analysis and visualization for Uzbek state-owned companies.

In addition, two Kazakh companies have agreed to register as residents of IT Park. One of them was the automated accounting service MyBuh.kz, which will also open a representative office in Uzbekistan.

Another company, the developer of smart parking solutions Parqour, has already registered an Uzbek branch and won a number of projects.

Earlier, Spot wrote that the business of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan signed agreements for $2 billion. Spot also announced the imminent launch of a startup from Kazakhstan, Adapt, in Uzbekistan.
