Building a Billion-Dollar Company from Karaganda: The Flip.kz Story
Astana Hub, in collaboration with Arman Suleimenov, has launched a new section called nFactorial Originals, which will showcase documentaries about entrepreneurs and companies in Kazakhstan.
The first film tells the story of Flip.kz, one of the pioneering e-commerce giants in the country. Starting its journey in Karaganda, Flip grew into a billion-dollar corporation without attracting any external investment. The documentary highlights how the company transformed the Kazakhstan's market and became a leading online service, serving over 2 million users monthly.
